Guesthouse in the city center
Casa Nina is a new accommodation facility that offers its guests four elegant double rooms for short-term rentals, each with a private bathroom and equipped with every comfort.
The facility is located on the third floor with an elevator in an exclusive building in the heart of the historic center of Bologna, just 100 meters from Piazza Maggiore. This strategic location allows easy walking access to the main points of interest and transportation services.
The four double rooms feature parquet floors, some have decorated ceilings, and all are air-conditioned and tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture and artwork. They offer a king-size bed with linen, a spacious private bathroom with towels and a hairdryer, a desk, and free WiFi connection. There is also a flat-screen satellite TV, a wardrobe, and daily cleaning service.
Casa Nina provides its guests with a breakfast/living room equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and purified water. The bottles, glasses, and tea cups are made of glass to reduce plastic waste.
Among the renowned attractions nearby, just a few hundred meters from Casa Nina, you will find Piazza Maggiore, which is the heart of Bologna and one of the oldest squares in Italy. There is also Il Nettuno, the Basilica of San Petronio, the Asinelli Tower, and the Garisenda Tower, symbols of the medieval city. Finally, there is Piazza Santo Stefano with its seven churches, one of the most fascinating places in Bologna.
Near Casa Nina, you will also find Via Indipendenza, the shopping area, and the Quadrilatero, the most picturesque district of the historic center, with its wine bars and trattorias offering local Bolognese cuisine. The typical Mercato delle Erbe, which hosts lounge bars and restaurants, is also a very popular meeting place.
Paid parking is available near the facility.

Area city center
The Asinelli Tower and the Garisenda Tower are the symbols of the medieval city. These two towers dominate the entire historic center with their imposing appearance, representing the architecture that still characterizes the urban landscape today.
The Basilica of San Petronio is dedicated to the patron saint of the city and is one of the most majestic buildings in Bologna, although it is not the cathedral. Just take a look at the splendid facade overlooking Piazza Maggiore to be fascinated.
The Quadrilatero is probably the most picturesque neighborhood in the historic center. Once an area dedicated to trade, with ancient streets housing artisans' workshops and commercial guild headquarters since the Middle Ages. Today, this tradition coexists with modernity, and walking through the narrow alleys, you can find luxury brand stores, small shops, gastronomies, and restaurants with typical products.
Piazza Santo Stefano is one of the most fascinating places in Bologna. The complex of seven churches overlooking the square represents a masterpiece of religious architecture. The Basilica of Santo Stefano extends over seven places of worship that have undergone variations and expansions over the centuries.
Piazza Maggiore is the beating heart of Bologna and one of the oldest squares in Italy. It is the meeting place for the people of Bologna and hosts events that bring the city to life.
The Archiginnasio, located a few steps from San Petronio, is undoubtedly the most famous palace in Bologna.
The Neptune Fountain is rightly recognized as one of the symbols of the city. The splendid fountain on which it stands represents a masterpiece of medieval art.
The Finestrella di Bologna, located on Via Piella, overlooks a stretch of underground river that resurfaces in the historic center, which is why many have called it the "Little Venice."
MAMbo is the museum that houses a collection of modern and contemporary art.
